[Wat A Happy Day =)]

Its a great day today! Met up with my gal and her family and relatives and had a hearty lunch... haha found the lunch pretty okay though my gal feels that the lunch is not up to standard yet... haha true to a certain extent since the standard of the restaurant dun really match the food...

after the lunch... my gal and I made our way to Esplanade and take a break at Chocz... had black forest cake and chocolate latte... yummy! haha and I fail to tie the cherry knot AGAIN in front of my gal... well well... better luck next time =)

After that, we started shopping at marina square! haha it has been some time since I last went there... lots of changes and lots of stores to shop! Hmmm bought my gal a blouse that I feel is very sweet and nice on her. Ha hope she likes it =)

Feeling hungry, we started to look for nice food to fill the growling stomach... finally we decided to dine in at cafe cartel... haha not so much the quality of food but the queue is short... lol... so we settle in to eat... haha maybe our seats has good Feng Shui... the waiters kept serving us food although we didnt order them... but as honest Singapore citizens we kindly reminded the waiters our orders. yeah we talk and talk while eating and share experiences... lots of laughter...the whole atmosphere is great!

We took a long but interesting journey back to my gal home... keep getting side track with shops along the way... hehe... cant help it with shopping queen by my side :P

To sum it up, today is a GREAT day! Lotsa of fun and laughter!

defined by fate and revealed by destiny
an enchanting moment beyond the realm of reason
cunningly disguised in direst circumstances
whose touch is visible only to poetic souls

It chooses its own time and place
evermore pretentious of its purpose
crossing its hollowed path is futile
even frustrating to willing victims
coz it doesn't bend its will to ones desire

Teasing a consoled mind to go astray
that's always a part of the plan
yet it likewise reassures us to hold on to believe in DESTINY
and to let fate guide us on our journey

I am a willing victim to its wicked ploy
battling confusion, doubt and pain with a fragile sword
hanging on to a flicker of hope left inside me
coz I believe in my DESTINY
